Do you charge for consultation?
It depends. If your package contains a free consultation period, generally 30 minutes to an hour for most website packages. After that a $36/hr fee is charged. To save money we suggest you research as much as possible as to what you needs are before contacting us.
Can you design after business hours?
Yes. Depending on time of year, month, current work load or availability. After business hours any services rendered are charged time and a half. Holiday or emergency services are charged 250% over regular price. Example: if regular rate is $36/hr., emergency service will be $90.00/hr.
When I call a designer is it free?
We really appreciate it if the client comes to us ready with all content and questions, after the initial consultation phone support is charged at an hourly rate, billed at a minimum of 6 minute intervals.
Are your fees competitive?
Very! If you consider that other companies may charge you up to $250/hr for their services or $8,000 to $30,000 for a website, we like to think we are competitively priced just for you! Our rates are generally from $36/hr to $99/hr and a basic website design may be as little as $250.00 to $4,000, depending on your project requirements.
I found a cheaper designer can you beat their price?
Since we are very reasonable at our price structure we may be able to match, but offers of cheap web design fees and websites in general are more often unprofessional and the results may not be what you would like to see. Our websites are built in the United States, not India or China and by professionals who understand the principles of website design. Do you prefer real live customer service that speaks English and understands the geographic locale of it's clients?
To give you an idea of what our service may cost:
- A simple brochure type website may cost $250.00, typical pages include: home, about us, contact.
- A custom website service may cost $550.00 for initial design, which usually includes several design mockups, and $50.00 per page.
We have had website orders ranging from $200.00 to over $7,000.00, it really depends on what the client needs and expects from their website.
